I am a Manufacturing Engineer with 35+ years of working in many different manufacturing environments from Military Aerospace to the Consumer Marketplace, from machining to assembly and test. I have designed product, reviewed designs for manufacturing and selected the methodologies to build the products. I have also designed tools, equipment and full machines to do the work and established the processing steps required to complete the work. Not all of my engineering time was spent in manufacturing, 5 years were spent at Fire Protection System design work. This entailed laying out floor plans for entire buildings, laying in all pipe and coordinating all aspects of design and installation with all other major contractors. Most times complete drawing sets were available for new construction however older/existing construction would require building plans to be drawn from scratch working completetely from my extensive field measurements.
